At Comme Moi, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with your return.

14-Day Return Window

  • Policy: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in New condition:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Complete with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: By Mail.

  • Return Shipping Fees: For ordinary returns (due to personal preference, wrong size chosen, change of mind, etc.), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and obtaining their own return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fees: Comme Moi charges $0 for restocking or re-listing. There are no hidden fees.

  4. Once your return is approved, please upload your return shipping waybill through the return portal.
  5. You can also track the return status on the same page.

Note: Please do not send items back to the address on your package without prior confirmation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@commemoi.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or washing.

  • Items missing original packaging, boxes, tags, or promotional gifts.

  • Final Sale or Clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

  • Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.

  • Bank Processing: Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account depending on their local processing schedules.
