Returns & Exchanges
Once your order is confirmed, you may contact us at support@commemoi.com to request cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has shipped, you may apply for a return and refund after receiving your items.
Please double-check your shipping details and item selection. To ensure fast delivery, we do not support modifications once your order has been shipped.
The fastest way to secure the item you want is to request a return and refund for your current purchase, then place a new order after your return has been approved and accepted.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get the item, color, or size you want is to initialize a return for your current purchase following our 14-day policy. Once your return is received and approved for a refund, you can place a new order for the desired item at any time.
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as our team has issued the refund. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional days for the credit to officially post to your account.
Shipping
- Shipping Rate: We offer Free Standard Shipping ($0) on all orders within the United States.
- Order Processing (Handling Time): Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after our 3:00 AM PST cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Total time from order placement to delivery is 10–17 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and actual delivery windows may vary slightly during holiday peak seasons, promotional events, or due to courier schedules.

Yes, Comme Moi covers all import duties and taxes for all shipments within the United States. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will issue a refund for the defective/incorrect item(s) as soon as we receive them at our warehouse and inspect the condition of the garments. Restrictions may apply. Please contact Client Service at support@commemoi.com to coordinate the return.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on commemoi.com. If you would like to report counterfeits or suspect websites, please send an email to counterfeit@commemoi.com, providing as much descriptive information as possible about the products or the website.
